to use the picture all you have to do is resize your image to 200 x 250 and then upload it to either tinypic or phototbucket, then replace the url you get with the one in the instructions

You can't get them in Sweden either, so I go to the UK the dates they realease something and buy it there and then. You can get all their stuff on www.amazon.com, and they do have the newest release (MITO + Live DVD). :) Hopefully they can get proper launched in the US soon so that you don't have to buy their stuff online. Well I hope you're still going to listen to them by next summer as they have a new album coming out in April. It would be ashame for them to lose fans just after releasing yet another album. The Greatest Hits album coming this fall should be awesome as well with a few new songs. McFly are unknown in Sweden as well. It's a right drag but what can you do? :P
